LAW AND OLDER ADULTS

The Law Commission of Ontario has released Draft Framework for the Law as it Affects Older Adults (http.www.lco-cdo-org./en/older-adults-interim-report-framework). It is accompanied by Interim Report (http.www/lco-cdo.org/en/older-adults-interim-report) which sets out the research and analysis on which the Draft Framework is based and provides examples of how it might be applied. Feedback is welcomed until Friday, November 18th. CPC (Ontario) participated in the consultations for the Framework (see Viewpoint, September 2008) and will submit a brief regarding the Framework.

BE WARY OF THE DRUG INDUSTRY
